A true creation in every sense, this beer is the result of three years of patient aging and carefully nurtured microbial magic, developing the desirable deep funk we were after!
 
What began as a rich, chocolatey porter evolved through its long rest in whiskey barrels, guided by Brettanomyces and acetobacter to transform into something entirely new — a dark, lambic-inspired wonder.
 
The result is pure complexity. Flavours shift and unfold across the palate, continuing to evolve well after the first sip. The dark arts are at play on this one.
