Switching to chefs hats this Sunday, two of Common People’s co-owners Drew and JMo are serving up a homestyle community feast, with smoked meats and low n slow goodness.
They will be serving up a melt-in-the-mouth menu of;
beef brisket in the smoker
suckling pig on a spit (thanks to farmer Geoff)
crunchy coleslaw
mac n cheese
smoked corn
homemade pickles
with fresh bread rolls
and delicious BBQ sauces
