This gose style beer presents a crisp, tangy lactic sourness that balances a soft malt backbone. Sea salt lifts the finish, sharpening the tartness, rounding it out for balance.
Additions of native river mint reads mid palate, grassy, cooling, spearmint with a native-bush character. To get that extra swampiness, we have added 'Old Mans Beard’ - that spooky moss that grows on trees in the deep dark dank woods.
