We’re thrilled to have been chosen as one of four “Up & Coming Brewers” at GABS this year. We’ll be heading to Brisbane to showcase our El Sabro Hazy IPA and a new beer brewed especially for the festival.
Our Purple People Eater Fruited Hazy is a smooth hazy pale ale with the addition of an ancient Tibetan purple barley originating some 3000 years ago. For extra colour and delicious fruit flavour, a 'monster' load of blueberries have been added.
We've used Aussie hops Eclipse which adds a tropical sweet mandarin and citrus and Enigma, offering white grape, redcurrants and rockmelon.
Fear not, we’ve brewed this for GABS, but it will be available in our taproom from Friday 14 June!
