"La Bise” - the French greeting of a sweet, gentle brush of both cheeks. Translating to “the kiss”, it’s the perfect name to describe our Raspberry Rosé Sour.

Inspired by a French rosé, La Bise exhibits fresh raspberries on the nose and notes of strawberries and cream on the back of the palate. It’s a kettle sour with baskets of fresh ripe raspberries thrown in the ferment.

Light on the sourness so the fresh berries shine through, it’s perfect for cleansing the palate after rich foods and for quenching the thirst on those warm summer days.
